Abstract:【Summary】Object To investigate the infection and drug susceptibility of prenatal Streptococcus agalactiae in pregnant women, and to provide the basis for neonatal treatment and prevention of Streptococcus agalactia infection.Method Continuous collection of Jinjiang Hospital from January to December 2015 out of 35-37 weeks pregnant women vaginal secretions, the use of B group of hemolytic streptococcus color plate screening, the color of positive specimens were isolated and identified, using KB method for 12 The sensitivity of antibiotics used in the detection of in vitro drug sensitivity test showed erythromycin resistance and clindamycin intermediates or sensitive strains plus D test.Result A total of 7568 cases of vaginal secretions were collected and 225 strains of Streptococcus agalactia were detected. The detection rate was 3.0%. In the isolated Streptococcus agalactia susceptibility test, penicillin, ampicillin, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, cefule The resistance rates of erythromycin, clindamycin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin and chloramphenicol were 63.6%, 68.0% and 37.3%, respectively, 37.3%, 13.3%, of which 12 strains of D test positive strains. Conclusion Streptococcus agalactia is highly sensitive to penicillin, ampicillin, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, cefepime, vancomycin and linezolid, and penicillin and ampicillin are the first choice for the prevention of antibiotics in pregnant women.
